Is composed of four business units: SSP(Solid State Polymerization), Fiber, Shrinkable film, and Coal water mixture, and has production facilities located all over Asia and exports products to all the five major continents across the globe.

Leader in the Industry-SSP Division

With various production lines for different capacities and end applications, FENC has wide-range of product lineups for bottle grade PET resin, APET(Amorphous PET) along with Preform/bottle. In 2014, the largest single location PET plant in the world was commissioned by FENC and is now the third largest polyester producer worldwide, and possesses the biggest PET manufacturing factory in Asia.

In order to fulfill the corporate responsibility on protecting the environment and ensuring health for end users, SSP department focuses on the research related to environmental protection. This active research has created advanced progress such as the developments of resins for the purposes of energy savings, anti-antimony catalyst, low AA, low migration and PCR(Post Consumer Recycle).The policy of environmental protection will govern the types of plastic produced in the near future, and the SSP department is well prepared to be the leading group in the business of polyester manufacturing. Moreover FENC’s green mission is highly credited by Coca-Cola Company , winning the Global Sustainable Procurement (GSP) Supplier Awards in 2013.

Shrinkable film can be applied to all kinds heat-shrinkable packing material. It’s including the label of bottles and others shrinking applications. FENC PET shrinkable film has excellent uniformity and stable shrinking behavior for packaging applications. It can be applied to various bottle materials and be used for special shrinking application. We can provide the products with wide shrinking window, smooth shrinking curve and others functional application to satisfy all of our customers needs.

FENC polyester film SBU was founded in 2014. Our shrinkable film current capacity is 20,160 T/year. It is among Top1 single shrinkable film production center in the world.

INNOVATION-FIBER SBU

Fiber SBU, including Staple Fiber and filament yarn, has been devoted to new applications and has become a leading global manufacturer.

Staple fibers are categorized into two applications: yarn spinning and nonwoven applications. There are more than 300 available items. In recent years, we are moving into fiber applications in the medical, hygiene and green/regenerated fields. Besides polyester, nylon, polypropylene, polyethylene, polylactic acid (PLA), etc. are adopted as raw materials to diversify into new applications for staple fibers.

Filament yarns are divided into Partial Oriented Yarn(POY) and Draw Texture Yarn(DTY). It covers functional items, such as thermo management, flame retardant and bi-component filaments. For green products, FENC is renowned for collaborating with international brands on bottle recycled PET filament yarns. We are fully committed to environment protection.

Furthermore, Far Eastern Fiber Tech, a member of the Far Eastern group, has produced Nylon6,6 filament yarns for years and plays a leading role in the Nylon 6,6 market.
